TrueFi (TRU) — price, funding and open interest
TRU/USDT perpetual on Kraken: price 0.0009900, 24h turnover $8K. Updated in real time.
What this is
Decentralised financeTrueFi issued loans without collateral: creditworthiness was judged by token holders' votes and the money came from protocol depositors. The model was stress-tested in 2022, when several large borrowers — trading funds — failed to repay after the market fell. What this shows: an uncollateralised loan on a blockchain does not repeal the main rule of credit — repayment is decided by the borrower, not by a smart contract; the coin is about 99.9% below its August 2021 peak. Here it trades on BingX spot.

What the data shows
TRU trades at 0.0009900. Over 365 days it ranged between 0.0005300 and 0.036230; the price now sits in the lower third of that range — 1% of the way from the yearly low to the high.
24-hour turnover is $8K — the 11th percentile for the year: trading is quiet.
The instrument lives on a single venue (Kraken). Liquidity sits in one book, so slippage here is more noticeable than on coins listed across several exchanges.
NATR is 1.08% on the minute and 2.60% on the hour — price grinds: the hourly range is barely wider than the minute one.
The daily range is 12.2% and five-minute NATR is 1.26%. That range is in the 62th percentile for the year — an ordinary day for it.
TRU correlation with Bitcoin over 24 hours is 0.34 — it partly moves with the market.
Over the day +1.02%, over the hour +2.06%, over the last five minutes 0.00% — it moved livelier an hour ago and has since gone quiet.
By turnover it ranks 1735 of 1904 instruments in the screener.
By daily range it ranks 329 of 1904.

How to read this
- Funding is a payment between longs and shorts. A positive rate means longs pay shorts: the market is crowded long.
- The rate rank shows how unusual that rate is for this particular coin: 97 means above 97% of the last month, a rare skew. Without the rank the bare number says nothing — every coin has its own normal.
- Open interest is the money sitting in positions that are still open. Rising alongside price means new money entering; rising while price falls means shorts building up.
- The OI rank is measured in contracts rather than dollars: otherwise it would drift up with price alone and claim a record where nothing changed.
- NATR shows how much a coin moves relative to its own price. High NATR with high turnover is where today's action is.
