1. What Kairo Trade is

Kairo Trade is a free information service: crypto exchange market data, calculations based on it and our observations. By using the site, the bot or notifications you accept these terms.

If you disagree with anything here, simply do not use the service.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the site is an investment recommendation, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a promise of income. Patterns, signals, statistics and notifications are information for your own analysis.

Trading crypto involves the risk of losing everything you put in. All decisions are yours and so is the responsibility for them.

3. Data and its accuracy

Prices, volumes, funding rates, open interest and other data come from exchanges and other public sources. They may be delayed, contain errors or gaps, and exchanges may change or withdraw their data.

Check the numbers with the exchange itself before acting. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

4. Liability

We are not liable for losses or lost profit caused by trading decisions, data errors or delays, service downtime, or the actions of exchanges or third parties.

We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it.

5. Account

Registration needs a nickname and a password. Email is optional: it is used only to recover the password, and only if you add it yourself.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. One person, one account.

Names of the service and of staff roles are reserved and cannot be registered.

We may restrict or delete an account in case of abuse: automated requests, attempts to bypass limits, attacks on the service or interference with other users.

6. Acceptable use

The service is meant for personal use through a browser and our Telegram bot. Bulk automated downloading of data, reselling it and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

7. Notifications

Telegram messages and emails are sent only at your choice. They are informational and may be delayed or lost for reasons outside our control. You can switch them off at any time in your account.

8. Rights to the service

The design, code, texts and structure of the service belong to us. Market data belongs to the exchanges and other sources that publish it.

9. Supporting the project

If the site offers a way to support the project, such support is voluntary, is not a payment for services and grants no additional rights. Transfers are not refundable.

10. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service after changes you accept the new version.
