Decentralised financeStaFi is a liquid staking protocol born in the Polkadot ecosystem: assets put into staking (DOT, ATOM, ETH and others) are mirrored by rTokens — receipts that can be sold or used without waiting for unbonding. FIS pays protocol fees, participates in governance and stakes the StaFi chain itself. Running since 2020, it was among the first to make non-Ethereum network assets liquid. The idea is the same as Lido's stETH, but for a multichain world.
