Listings and delistings: the exchange announcement feed

Open «Calendar» and switch to the «Listings & delistings» tab (address /calendar/listings; the old address /events leads there too). Above the feed are three buttons: «All», «Listings», «Delistings». The section heading is «Exchange events»; on a phone it is hidden so the buttons fit.

Where the announcements come from

From the official announcement pages of the exchanges themselves, not from third-party aggregators: Binance's new-listings and delisting sections, Bybit's new-coin and delisting announcements. The collector polls the four sources every 45 seconds: a delisting plays out in the first minutes after the announcement, and a half-hour poll would eat the whole window. Tickers are extracted from the announcement title automatically. No other exchanges are in the feed — an honest limitation, not an oversight.

What an event card shows

• A «Listing» or «Delisting» tag and the announcement title — verbatim, as the exchange wrote it.
• The exchange badge: Binance or Bybit.
• Tickers with a «since announcement» number — the price change from the open of the first minute after publication until now; green rose, red fell. A grey ticker without a number means we have no price for it.
• The deadline: «today», «tomorrow» or «in N d.» — the date from the announcement title. For a delisting it is the day trading stops, for a listing the start day. If the title has no date there is no tag: we do not guess.
• Publication time — in the time zone selected on the site.
• The ▼ arrow opens the breakdown; at its bottom the «Open announcement» link goes to the exchange page.

What «Earlier — before the feed started» means

Only announcements that appeared after the feed was launched count as new. Announcements that already existed at the first launch are shown as a dimmed archive below the «Earlier — before the feed started» divider — so the section does not look empty. Do not confuse it with the «Prev.» column on the neighbouring macro-events tab: there it is the previous value of an indicator and has nothing to do with listings.

The token breakdown

• Clicking a card opens a breakdown for every ticker in the announcement — all of them, not the first few.
• «Already on» — where the token trades besides the announcing exchange: MEXC, Gate, KuCoin, OKX and DEX are checked through open data and the result is kept for an hour. For a listing it answers whether the news is news to the market; for a delisting, where to trade next.
• Metrics from the screener: «Price», «Chg 24h», «NATR 5m», «Funding», «Open interest», «Volume surge», «Since announcement». If the token is outside our coverage, it says so.
• «Expectation: decline», «Expectation: high volatility» or «No clear signal» — with the list of reasons: rank by volume and volatility among all coins, position within the daily range, crowded leverage, funding divergence, market freshness.
• Rules by event type come from our backtest. Spot delisting of a coin with a live futures market: 57 events over 4 years, on average another 14–15% down to the delisting date, short win rate about 72% with a +50% stop. Futures-only delistings and pair removals gave no sustained move; a listing pump is played out by bots within seconds.
• Below the breakdown it says plainly: this is backtest statistics, not an individual recommendation.

How to use it

Open the feed at the start of a session and switch to «Delistings» — there are fewer and they carry a date. Look at the deadline and the «since announcement» number: how much of the move has already happened without you. Open the breakdown and check «Already on» to know where the coin will remain after leaving the exchange. A subscription to new listings and delistings is in the Telegram bot settings. What to do with the information is your decision: the feed shows data and past statistics, it gives no advice.

Limitations

• Binance and Bybit only; we do not collect other exchanges' announcements.
• Tickers are parsed from the title: if the exchange wrote it unusually, a ticker may go unrecognised.
• «Since announcement» is empty if the token is outside our coverage or has no minute history at the moment of the announcement.
• The deadline exists only when the date is in the announcement title.
• Statistics exist only for spot delistings; we have no base for futures launches.
